FoodImage.in provides digital food photography bundles for use on food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy, and for other commercial purposes.

2. License & Usage Rights

• Your restaurant's Zomato and Swiggy listings
• Your restaurant's social media pages (Instagram, Facebook)
• Print menus, pamphlets, and banners
• Your restaurant's website
• WhatsApp marketing for your restaurant

• Reselling or redistributing the photos to others
• Creating a competing photo bundle/marketplace
• Claiming ownership or copyright of the photos
• Using photos for businesses other than your own restaurant

3. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree
• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment

4. Digital Delivery

Download links are delivered via the confirmation page immediately after payment. Links provide access to Google Drive folders containing your purchased photos.

5. Intellectual Property

All photos on FoodImage.in are owned by FoodImage.in. Purchasing a bundle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos as described above.

6. Limitation of Liability

FoodImage.in is not responsible for rejection of photos by third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy) due to their own policy changes. We ensure our photos meet current platform guidelines at the time of sale.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
